Normal operations are anticipated for marine traffic (see Monmouth County Movable Bridge Schedule). All bridge openings are on signal.
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has jurisdiction over the navigational channel. USCG may grant permission for partial closures of the channel and/or for temporary deviation from normal drawbridge operations. Monmouth County must comply with instructions from USCG.
The Construction phase of the project will continue with the demolition of the old bridge. Additional information will be provided in the future.
